Description of the role
We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and provide them with accurate estimates of repair costs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Explain repair options and vehicle maintenance recommendations to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repairs, and services performed
Requirements

Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM to HEAVY in intensity.Must be able to sit / stand / walk for long periods of time.Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.Constant - Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.Frequent - Repetitive motion.Occasional - Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to ~100 lbs.Physical Working Conditions
