As a Service Drive - Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include promptly greeting customers with a "happy smiling" demeanor in Service Drive Area while customers are dropping off their vehicles. You will verify mileage & window tag, take pictures of vehicle & alignment inspection, park vehicle, keep drive-thru area clean/picked up, answer phone calls, texts, and emails from customers about their vehicle statuses. Position is a 4-day 10 hours per day / 40-41 clock hour work week on alternating Monday - Saturday Schedule from 7am - 6pm minus a lunch break. 5th week of alternating schedule is all 6 days (Monday - Saturday) from 7am-2pm. Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers in a professional manner

Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties

Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries

Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Qualifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience using Microsoft Office suite and general IPAD based software
