Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Finance Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for handling customer phone inquiries, processing product cancellations, assisting with processing paperwork, and collecting any missing documentation required for transactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Interaction & Support :
- Answer and return customer phone calls regarding financial transactions, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Provide professional and courteous support to customers, addressing their concerns efficiently.
- Assist customers with the cancellation process, ensuring all necessary steps are followed accurately.
Transaction Processing & Documentation :
Process product cancellations and ensure all relevant records are updated accordingly.Assist in processing paperwork related to financial transactions while ensuring accuracy in data entry.Collect missing documentation from customers to complete financial transactions.Verify and validate customer documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.Administrative & Financial Support :
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and documentation.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions.Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to financial activities.Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines while handling financial transactions.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Previous experience in finance, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial software is a plus.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Benefits
