Job Summary:

Join our Family! We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for our products. You will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Customer Engagement:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Operational Excellence:
• Maintain a well-organized and presentable sales area.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering.
• Ensure all sales transactions are processed correctly.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
• Be a positive influence on the team.
• Initiative and Learning:
• Take initiative to identify and solve problems.
• Continuously learn about our products and industry trends.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Be able to quickly learn the sales software we use.
• Multitasking and Organization:
• Be able to handle multiple customers and tasks at once.
• Keep accurate records, and stay organized.
• Working Some Saturdays

Qualifications:

• Sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills- Ideally QB and our Monday CRM software.
• Knowledge of the outdoor living or home improvement industry is a plus.
