Territory: Tennessee, Arkansas, Kentucky, and Indiana
Earning Potential: $125,000 – $140,000 (Base Salary Commission & Bonuses)

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping retailers grow their formalwear business while working with a company that celebrates life’s biggest moments—weddings, proms, quinceañeras, and black-tie events. What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain relationships with existing retail partners
Identify and sign new retailers to expand our network
Maintain CRM records and track sales leads (Salesforce experience a plus)
Educate retailers on JFW sales and marketing programs
Engage retailers through in-person visits, Zoom meetings, and calls
Achieve weekly activity goals and sales targets
Travel overnight up to 50% per month
Who You Are:
✔ Location: Ideally based near Nashville, TN
✔ Self-Starter: Motivated to follow a structured sales plan
✔ Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills
✔ Well-Organized: Able to manage multiple accounts effectively
✔ Sales Experience Preferred: Previous sales or retail background is a plus
✔ Enjoys Travel: Willing to be on the road regularly
Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred
