BECOMING OUR ASSISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - DISPATCHER
In your role as a full-time Assistant Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher, your responsibilities will encompass ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. You'll be responsible for providing courteous and precise responses to customer inquiries, coordinating service orders with meticulous attention to detail, and dispatching technicians with precision. Handling payment collection and invoicing professionally will be part of your daily routine. You'll also streamline the acquisition of city permits when necessary, ensuring a smooth process for our plumbing services. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our services.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of CSR experience
- Strong computer skills
Experience using ServiceTitan software is a plus!

- Tuesday - Saturday
