Jim Shorkey Wexford Kia is in search of an Experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. Service Advisors are effectively communicating between the customers and our Service Technicians. In order to be successful, you should have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Greeting our customers
- Actively listening to customers needs and scheduling appointments when needed
- Consulting mechanics regarding necessary repairs
- Providing customers with information and advice on their vehicle
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell of provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to our customers
- Maintaining positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business

Experience in the automotive industry is required- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools.
- Organizational skills including the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers and ensure that work is done properly.
- Exceptional customer service skills based on experience.
- Prior service department experience in a dealership is a plus
