Jim Shorkey Gainesville KIA is hiring for a Service Advisor to join our team! This position acts as a liaison between the customers and our Service Technicians. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their automotive service needs and making it a great experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting our customers
- Actively listening to customers needs and scheduling appointments when needed
- Consulting mechanics regarding necessary repairs
- Providing customers with information and advice on their vehicle
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell of provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to our customers
- Maintaining positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business

Requirements
