Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance and tree trimming, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This role requires proficiency in operating bucket trucks and other landscaping equipment, as well as a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The job will begin in March.
Duties
- Operate trucks safely and efficiently for tree trimming and landscape maintenance tasks.
- Perform cutting, trimming, and pruning of trees, shrubs, and other plants to enhance the aesthetic appeal of gardens and landscapes.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Work under a supervisor to safely cut trees and execute projects.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects effectively.
- Possibility for positions working on the highway following.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care, tree trimming, or landscape maintenance is required.
- Familiarity with bucket operation and rigging techniques is essential.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- A valid driver's license may be required for operating company vehicles.
- Must have own transportation.
- MUST HAVE CDL.
