We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Laborers. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by assisting with a wide range of tasks on job sites. From site preparation to finishing touches, you will work alongside experienced professionals to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general labor duties, including but not limited to, site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating hand and power tools.
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, grading surfaces, and setting up temporary structures.
- Help with the installation of utilities, including laying pipes, setting manholes, and backfilling trenches.
- Aid in the installation of structural components, such as steel beams, wooden frames, and masonry units.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage of tools and equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and the ability to operate them safely.
