What are the responsibilities and job description for the Alaska SeaScape Lodge Chef position at Jimmie Jack Fishing?
This position is a 7-day a week position. The chef is required to be punctual and on time for his/her daily shift. The Chef will use the recipes provided, as well as his/her own, and food supplied under the direction of the lodge management. The successful candidate will be up early, energetic, and very responsible, and very personable. The Chef will use our 7-day menu. The Chef must have current Alaska Servsafe food certification.
