What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deckhand for Saltwater Boat position at Jimmie Jack Fishing?
Deckhands serve as assistant to the Captain on our Saltwater fishing trips. Deckhands and are required to carry out all normal deck department duties aboard the vessel such as line handling, anchoring, vessel cleaning, and fish cleaning. The Deckhand can and will be asked to do many other assigned tasks. The Captain directs and supervises the Deckhand. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.
