Your Role

You will be responsible for handling online inquiries from today's researched consumers and assisting them throughout their purchase. You'll work with our excellent management team to deliver exemplary customer service, developing long-lasting relationships with both coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high lead volumes with customer-first empathy and common sense.
• Determination to deliver an exceptional customer experience following a multi-media-rich, progressive sales communication process.
• Achieve success and customer service and sales goals with good closing percentages and high CSI.
• Respond promptly to email inquiries in a professional manner.
• Aid customers in the vehicle buying experience using product knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain high moral and ethical standards, conducting yourself with honesty and integrity.
• Understand the intricacies of an entirely online car buying experience.

Requirements:

• Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to make a friend.
• Familiarity with social media and video technology is a plus.
• Process-oriented mindset.
