What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Jimmy Johns?
Hello! I am looking for a couple of people for the Pickerington location who can typically work Mon-Fri, at minimum 11 AM to 3 PM (maybe you can get off earlier depending on how busy it is that day, but more hours are available as well). We also have nights and weekends available. Our managers work alongside you, and they do most if not all of the prep work. You will usually just be making sandwiches or running the cash register. Now that said, we expect you to be able to work fast, as we are known for making "freaky-fast sandwiches". It's really not that hard, just don't move slow! You'll earn respect and get a raise sooner the faster and better you are!. Other tasks will involve (mostly) easy cleaning jobs, stocking, filling ice, sweeping, mopping, dishes, prepping sides, etc.
