- Set up of equipment
- Verification of stock
- Cleaning of cooking equipment
- Managing flow of food orders
- Follow sanitation and safety standards
- A good sense of balance.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Lift up to 50 pounds waist high.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- A qualified applicant must have basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
- The willingness to work with others as a team.
- Exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours in length.
