As a Host / Hostess, you will be responsible for :
- Greeting and seating guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently, with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.
- As a Host / Hostess, you will be responsible for answering the phone and directing to-go orders properly.
- Manage the wait list and Call Ahead Seating.
- Keeping the Host / ess area stocked with all necessary items, and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby area, menus, and restrooms.
