Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Labrie Group, encompassing Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club, River House, Waterview Grill, and Atlantic Grill, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator. This part-time, in-person role offers the potential to grow into a full-time position. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is a task oriented role which will primarily focus on Jimmy’s social media management, while supporting other marketing efforts across our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Jimmy's Social Media Management: Per Show Marketing (50%)
- Own the relationship and outreach with artists and agencies for per-show/per-artist marketing initiatives. Build partnerships and maintain consistent communication with artists, agencies, and collaborators.
- Develop marketing materials using content provided by the artist/agency and ensure timely submission for artist approval.
- Collaborate with the Box Office to coordinate show announcements across platforms.
- Design and execute targeted social media campaigns for individual shows to maximize ticket sales and engagement.
- Assist with writing, editing, and approving show-specific copy for social media, email blasts, and web pages.
- Follow, engage with, and share content on artist’s social media pages. Make sure artists are actively promoting shows at Jimmy’s.
- Jimmy's Social Media Management: Promotional Marketing (20%)
- Develop and execute broader organic social media strategies aimed at promoting Jimmy's brand, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
- Create content to drive brand awareness, foster community interaction, and increase customer loyalty across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate a seasonal, pre-populated social media calendar that aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Work with design teams to ensure promotional materials (digital and print) align with Jimmy's aesthetic and strategic goals.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and reviews to foster positive relationships and maintain Jimmy’s brand voice.
- Content Creation & Strategy Execution (15%):
- Assist with creating and finalizing cohesive digital materials for marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet brand standards.
- Write and edit engaging copy for various channels, including websites, promotional emails, and social media.
- Work with the Marketing Director to identify and implement innovative ideas for driving engagement and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Jimmy’s Email Marketing (5%):
- Support email campaigns by collaborating with Box Office to create and distribute communications about promotions, events, and specials.
- Labrie Group Social Media Management & Content Creation (5%):
- Work with management at Riverhouse, Waterview Grill, and Atlantic Grill to promote food and drink specials and other promotions as needed.
- Labrie Group Administrative Support (5%):
- Manage marketing-related administrative tasks on an as-needed basis, such as organizing content calendars, digital asset folders, light market research, etc.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred, 4-year degree a plus
- Previous Digital Marketing experience preferred
- Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
- Familiar with CRM tools, digital marketing and CMS platforms (MailChimp, Semrush, OneDrive, WordPress, Wix)
- Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, Trello)
- Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills
- Basic photography skills are a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Other Important Information:
- This role is primarily in-person with the potential for expanded remote work after 90 days based on performance. All work from home arrangements will be made at the discretion of the Marketing Director.
