Job Description
Jing-Jin Electric (JJE ) is a world leader of motor systems and electric drive assembly for new energy vehicles (NEV), covering pure EVs, plug-in hybrids, and hybrids.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing continuous and professional HR support to the business. This position includes activities related to functional areas such as onboarding, offboarding, benefit administration, payroll, HRIS, record management, employee relations, policy implementation and full cycle recruitment.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct manager training on HRIS system.
- Identify, source, and assess a diverse pool of qualified candidates, manage candidates through the full recruitment process, and focus on providing each candidate a great onboarding experience.
- Assist payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus pay, tracking PTO, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes
- Partner with HR management when conducting investigations and resolving team member issues.
- Conduct Exit interviews and provide feedback to appropriate members.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Performs benefits administration to include claim resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees;
- Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions.
- Coach and advise employees regarding HR programs, practices and procedures;
- Performs other duties as required and assigned.
