Job Description:

As an Independent Travel Advisor with Jinni Vacations, you will be responsible for curating and managing customized travel experiences for our clients. You will leverage your travel expertise, industry connections, and customer service skills to provide exceptional travel planning and booking services. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about travel and enjoy helping others discover the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgets.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel logistics.

• Travel Planning and Booking:

  • Design personalized travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and activities.
  • Book and confirm all travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle any special requests or requirements from clients.

• Customer Service:

  • Offer exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip, ensuring clients have a seamless travel experience.
  • Address any issues or emergencies that arise during travel promptly and professionally.

• Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry developments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and vendors.

• Sales and Marketing:

  • Promote Jinni Vacations’ services to potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a travel advisor, travel agent, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and online research tools.
• Passion for travel and a commitment to providing top-notch service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in travel and tourism (e.g., Certified Travel Associate (CTA), Certified Travel Counselor (CTC)).
• Experience with luxury travel and high-end clientele.
