Duties

- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of culinary practices, food safety standards, and the food industry is advantageous.
