- Develop and lead the implementation of sales growth initiatives to drive revenue increase.
- Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of staff, procedures, and applications to drive business success.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate branch managers and office personnel to ensure corporate objectives are met regarding sales activity and business growth.
- Conduct regular communication with branch managers to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement processes to improve staff productivity, morale, and overall job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other managers, supervisors, and corporate staff to ensure commonality of purpose and direction.
- Responsible for conducting internal audits of each branch location to ensure functions are executed in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
- Support senior management in developing and implementing procedures to promote company growth.
- Perform personnel issue functions such as employee recruitment, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and compensation administration.
