Regional Business Manager

Job Overview
JIUDICY, INC. is seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee the South Georgia territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating office operations, procedures, and resources to drive organization effectiveness and efficiency across multiple profit centers.

Main Responsibilities

• Promote company policies and procedures by ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate Branch Managers' performance to ensure sales activity and business growth objectives are met.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers through cold calls, customer service calls, and follow-up communications with Branch Managers.
• Lead and mentor staff, providing direction, coaching, and oversight to achieve company goals.
• Influence and interact with current and potential customers to drive business growth.
• Set managerial direction and accountability regarding staff schedules, cost controls, and quality of service.
• Coordinate with other managers, supervisors, and corporate staff to align on common objectives and direction.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure branch locations are operating in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Support senior management in developing and implementing procedures to promote company growth.
• Manage personnel issues such as recruitment, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and compensation administration.
