What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Greeting clients and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
- Handling mail, emails, and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assisting with basic data entry (no heavy accounting work required).
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in customer service.
✅ Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
✅ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
✅ Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
✅ Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
