National specialty financing company is hiring an administrative professional to support the President as well as various needs across all company functions and departments. This is a full-time, on-site role in our downtown New Bedford building.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone and email skills for communication with customers, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Strong ability to learn and master web based applications as well as an internal CRM database.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks a plus.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
