YOUR NEW ROLE
Your typical schedule goes from 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday , but hours may vary depending on the project.
As an entry-level Equipment Operator - Laborer, you skillfully operate heavy equipment and handle a variety of tasks to contribute to a successful result.
You use equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and skid-steers to grade the site and dig holes. In conjunction with your construction team, you also help set pipes to install storm, water, and sanitary utility lines.

EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - LABORER REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate has some experience in a labor or heavy equipment operating position, but it's not required. Here are the minimum qualifications :
- Current valid driver's license
- English communication skills
- Eagerness to grow with our company and build a long-term career
- Topcon GPS experience is a plus
- Willingness to obtain a CDL is a plus
