POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Content Developer is part of the team responsible for ensuring delivery of top-quality safety binders, training documents and other safety plans and programs to JJ Safety customers and assisting those customers with uploading these items to prequalification portals. The Content Developer is relationship-focused and demonstrates success by delivering superior safety documentation to the customer and excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produces safety documentation for JJ Safety customer in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.
- Assists in the determination of needs of end users of safety documentation.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Meets and/or exceeds the completion expectation of 72 business hours for Standard cases or a reasonable time per project for Custom cases. If a case comes in by a "Rush" deadline, the Content Developer will ensure that the deadline is met and that the case is completed on time and to standard.
- Complies with customer interaction guidelines, checklists and documentation requirements in the CRM.
- Leaves clear and concise notes in the case module each time the case is entered.
- Attaches all "completed" and/or "in progress" documents to the case prior to closing or leaving the case page.
- Problem-solves issues with customers including quickly and efficiently resolving problems to customers' satisfaction.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This position requires sitting for extended periods of time. Occasionally requires standing, squatting, reaching and bending. Requires ability to receive information through oral communication both in-person and on telephone. Manual dexterity needed for using computer keyboard. Must have adequate vision to operate computer and complete paperwork.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as assigned work station, computer, phone, copier and file cabinet.
