Your Role:

• Engage with potential customers with enthusiasm, sharing the amazing advantages of solar energy and how it can enhance their lives.
• Provide personalized consultations that address clients’ unique needs, making their solar journey informative and enjoyable.
• Educate clients about the financial incentives, long-term savings, and environmental impacts of going solar.
• Support customers through the entire process—from consultation to installation—ensuring they feel valued and confident in their decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging referrals through outstanding service and follow-ups.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong passion for renewable energy and a genuine desire to help others make the switch to solar.
• Exceptional communication skills that engage and inspire customers.
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach, and the willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we love to train motivated individuals!
• A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are essential.
