Pay depends on experience/Insurance after 90 day review

Responsible for monthly collection of residential rents. Works closely with property owners and tenants to complete monthly collection of rents. Coordinate with tenants, owners and vendors to call out maintenance requests. Prepare and serve 3-day Notices as required by delinquency report. Administer commercial leases and oversee commercial collections and commercial maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
