Responsibilities
- Research, schedule, and procure materials efficiently.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and construction teams.
- Perform project takeoffs and interpret plans and specifications.
- Source and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors for materials and labor.
- Manage project schedules, including equipment, materials, subcontractors, and personnel.
- Supervise daily operations and ensure readiness for subsequent workdays.
- Maintain comprehensive daily records and report project progress weekly.
- Inspect completed projects to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Contribute to operational readiness for mobilizations, including snow removal when necessary.
