Minutemen Direct is recruiting for Landscape Construction Project Manager in OH area East and Westside for a large Landscape company. Pay is $55K to start plus benefits. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. You will be overseeing the installation of construction projects on a daily basis while also interfacing with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Must be able to do weekly crew scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and supply orders.

Responsibilities:
- 5 Years experience in Landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction
- Must have experience in landscape design/build industry
- Ability to run projects from job layout to completion meeting industry time standards
- Able to supervise up to three projects simultaneously
- Experience with P& L's, project implementation, planning and wrap-up
- Communication skills and be able to interact with sales representatives, designers, subcontractors, and clients
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Landscape, construction or similar field or similar past experience.
Requirements:
- Experience operating skid steer, mini-excavator, mini-skid steer, tracked loader, and chop saws
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on company equipment
- Able to operate a transit, shoot grades, and grade sites
- Able to read landscape plans and drawings
- Leadership capability and demeanor to manage and direct crew of people
- Client interaction
- Supervisory skills
- Meets or exceeds company production standards for landscape installation
- Follows all safety procedures and reports any unsafe conditions.
- Able to complete paperwork and administrative requirements related to job.
