JK Design, LLC (a family owned door and trim company) is seeking a talented Construction Manager assistant to help manage Multi-Family construction projects in the field, this is not an office position. Will assist senior construction manager in creating and maintaining schedules in a timely and cost effective manner while delivering high-quality work. The candidate must have excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and computer skills as well as solid construction experience. Multi-family experience is a plus. Must be a team player, detail-oriented, have the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions within established guidelines and policies.
*This position often requires travel outside of the Atlanta area, with extended on site stays. Private lodging, vehicle, and per diem provided for out of town jobs.
*A drug screen is required.
