Our client offers cutting-edge technology and comprehensive imaging and measurement solutions to a wide variety of critical applications in energy, defense, and research to customers worldwide. In this newly created role, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for the vision and execution of the company's overall marketing strategy.

Position Description / Overview

Our client is seeking an innovative Marketing Associate to lead and elevate their brand to new heights. In this role, you will be at the helm of planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns that captivate our client's audience, drive engagement, and deliver measurable success.

This person will be a dynamic leader who is excited to roll up their sleeves and collaboratively work to drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and market impact. This position is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to drive marketing initiatives with the sales, business development, and external consulting teams.

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for collaboratively creating their supply marketing strategy across multiple lines of business, lead the planning and execution for all their marketing campaigns and tradeshows, and lead brand clarity and awareness both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek out new tactics, media, and technologies to ensure that the company is at the forefront of marketing relevance for their respective industries.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies (as needed) to execute brand strategy.
• Coordinates periodic sales programs and promotions based on merchandising trends.
• Compiles materials and coordinates activities related to special events such as trade shows, or anticipated product releases.
• Coordinates activities in various departments to ensure advertising and sales programs reach targeted customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage all social media messaging as part of a marketing strategy to promote brand awareness and engage new and existing customers through targeted campaigns.
• Develops and maintains files related to sales programs, weekly ads, and marketing and special event communications; ensures they are available for future reference.
• Confers with vendors and brokers regarding the customer response to promotional programs and general market conditions.
• Oversees printing and production of advertising and sales materials.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
