We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Team Kia of El Cajon. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our dealership, both in person and over the phone. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist all customers entering the dealership with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Schedule appointments for service, sales consultations, and test drives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Assist with basic administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and handling customer paperwork.
- Monitor the showroom and service waiting area to ensure customers' needs are met.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed.
- Process customer transactions, including payments for services or vehicle purchases.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and duties.
