- Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define and deliver impactful mobile experiences.

- Stay deeply involved in product, technology, and architectural details to create a feasible and high-quality development plan.
- Ensure operational excellence by delivering highly available mobile experiences with a strong focus on quality, security, and performance metrics.
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies, remove roadblocks, and handle pivots or scope changes efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile development to drive innovation.
- 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a passion for mobile development.
- 4 years of experience as a technical leader, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, customer-driven mobile applications.
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering teams, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ability to articulate product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SaaS technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working with global teams (preferred).
- Expertise in software design and architecture.
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android development platforms and ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java.
- Experience with mobile architectures (MVVM, MVP, etc.) and design patterns.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
