Account Growth Professional
This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts by offering additional coverage or products that meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Understanding client insurance needs and identifying opportunities to offer additional coverage or products.
- Collaborating with underwriters and other team members to ensure seamless policy execution.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional experience within an independent agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and AMS360
- Active Property & Casualty License
