About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team at JL Connects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring optimal policy coverage and rounds.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Policy Administration: Accurately manage policy details, renewals, and cancellations, guaranteeing seamless account servicing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with producers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth account transactions, leverage expertise, and share best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- P&C Producer License preferred, with P&C Account Management experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
