Responsibilities
- Update client information to ensure accurate records.
- Issue insurance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance (COI) and ID cards.
- Educate and advise clients on their insurance needs and coverage options.
- Shop renewals to find the best coverage and rates for clients.
- Assist clients with claims coverage questions and provide evidence of insurance.
