At JL Connects, we are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for servicing a designated segment of Personal Lines accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance to clients via calls, emails, and mail to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Write new Personal Lines policies for existing clients, including quoting, preparing applications, issuing binders, processing policy issuance, and handling down payments.
- Discuss policy coverage with clients, providing recommendations based on their needs and priorities.
- Conduct account rounding by offering quotes for other lines of insurance to contribute to agency growth.
- Review renewal policies, suggest changes to clients, and remarket policies when necessary to retain business.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferred.
- Experience using AMS360 or similar management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
