Key Responsibilities:
- Service clients via calls, emails, mail, and office visits as needed
- Write new Personal Lines policies for existing clients
- Discuss and advise clients on policy coverage recommendations
- Conduct account rounding by offering quotes for other lines of insurance
- Review renewal policies, make suggestions to clients, and remarket if necessary
Qualifications:
- P&C Licensed
- 2-3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferred
- Prior Customer Service experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with Vertafore AMS360 Management System
