Role Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance to Personal Lines clients via phone, email, and mail.
- Manage Personal Lines accounts, including writing new policies and reviewing renewals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote retention and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to enhance knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- 2-3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably with a focus on client service.
- Familiarity with AMS360 or similar management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
