Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain personal lines accounts, ensuring optimal policy coverage and premium revenue.
- Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts, collaborating with producers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, resolving any service issues that may arise and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- P&C Producer License preferred, with P&C Account Management experience required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams and driving business results.
