Insurance Relationship Manager
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, service existing accounts, cross-selling and account rounding, and managing communications with clients and carriers according to agency policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Overseeing the life cycle of insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.
- Assisting clients with inquiries, explaining policy terms, and resolving issues or concerns.
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional coverage or products that fit clients' needs, contributing to revenue growth.
- Collaborating with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to ensure a smooth process for clients.
- Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional experience within an independent agency
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems like AMS360
- Active Property & Casualty License
