JL Hospitality Management is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Directly support Accounting Manager on various administrative tasks
- Manage input of data for all a region of hotels into various software
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Complete various accounting tasks that can include bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, daily income journals and payroll reporting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel accounting, office administration or other related fields preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Full time position in office with benefits- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
