What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at JL Landscape, Inc?
JL Landscape is a respected and growing landscape company serving the greater Bangor and surrounding communities. We are an energetic team focused on integrity, professionalism and a passion for installing quality jobs each and every time.
We are currently looking to add a member(s) to our team who can assist in daily landscape construction and maintenance duties. The ideal candite would have a strong desire to learn and grow. We offer on-site training, education and room for company advancement.
Duties and requirements include but are not limited to:
-Planting, mulching, shoveling and wheel barrowing materials, weeding, raking and the ability to lift, bend and move repetitively.
-Flexible work schedule with overtime and some Saturdays required
-Ability to be punctual
-Ability to work with other team members with a positive can-do attitude to meet deadlines
-Ability to work in varying Maine weather conditions for prolonged periods
-Pay will be based on experience and performance-based raises are applicable
