JLAN Solutions is a Washington, DC-based woman-owned government consulting firm dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions for federal government contracts. We're a small team of employees and are seeking a Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
You will lead and manage projects on federal government contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and deliver small federal projects to success
- Develop and maintain data and documentation to support project and organizational goals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with federal government requirements
- Create and implement processes to track all active state and local projects, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met
- Document proposal best practices for future reference and improvement
- Provide support for proposals and assist with data calls and research projects as necessary, ensuring accurate and timely completion
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 7 years of experience working on federal contracts, including reviewing contracts documents and analyzing and disseminating appropriate information
- Understanding of the RFP and RFI process
- 2 years of experience with process improvement, database management, and policy documentation within federal environments
- Project Management certification (PMP preferred)
- 3 years of experience acting as a senior or lead within federal account management, projects, or contracts
- 3 years of experience working within cross-functional teams and managing communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Proposal Management, or 8 years equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a small federal GovCon agency
Salary : $105,000
