What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager/Bookkeeper position at JLJ Wall Systems, LLC?
Seeking a qualified candidate for an Office manager position with at least 3 years of experience, preferably within the construction Industry. The ideal candidate must have solid communication skills and a collaborative “can-do” attitude.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
· Demonstrates in depth knowledge of accounting principles
· QuickBooks knowledge.
· Textura or other online cloud-based payment management experience.
· Journal entry preparations and account reconciliations
· Assist in preparing audit schedules at year-end
· Basic Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables knowledge
· Ability to efficiently work toward and consistently meet deadlines
· Document Imaging and great file organizational skills
· Perform special projects, other ad-hoc duties, as needed
Additional position requirements include the following:
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar discipline
· Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
· Clear verbal and written communication skills
· Intermediate Excel skills
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Must be able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize to accomplish goals
· Ability to identify and implement best practices, think strategically, plan for the long-term success of the organization and effectively delegate tasks
· Have strong attention to detail, enjoy problem solving, take initiative and have a professional and service minded approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
