This is a senior/lead expert technical role for overall technical solution architect on the JLL ServiceNow platform team.

- Design, implement and drive complex solutions that center on the ServiceNow platform, addressing various business processes, automation, and enterprise service management
- Design and build API integrations in-to/out-of the ServiceNow platform in a secure and scalable fashion supporting multiple endpoint technologies
- Lead the development team
- Lead the development process
- Author and maintain team and project documentation
- Works closely with other domains including Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, and the business
- Work with third-party vendors
- Ensure applications, processes, and procedures of the team comply with JLL standards
- Plan and orchestrate upgrades annually
- Provide technical leadership and participate in all issue resolution for the ServiceNow platform
- 10 years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and managing all aspects of the ServiceNow platform
- Deep Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform
- Outstanding business and technical communication skills
- Expert level experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom app development. Others a plus.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes - incident, request, change, problem, configuration, asset, and knowledge
- Strong experience in developing and managing APIs for the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certifications are a significant plus.
Salary : $180,000 - $240,000
