This is a senior / lead expert technical role for overall technical solution architect on the JLL ServiceNow platform team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement and drive complex solutions that center on the ServiceNow platform, addressing various business processes, automation, and enterprise service management
- Design and build API integrations in-to / out-of the ServiceNow platform in a secure and scalable fashion supporting multiple endpoint technologies
- Lead the development team
- Lead the development process
- Author and maintain team and project documentation
- Works closely with other domains including Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, and the business
- Work with third-party vendors
- Ensure applications, processes, and procedures of the team comply with JLL standards
- Plan and orchestrate upgrades annually
- Provide technical leadership and participate in all issue resolution for the ServiceNow platform
