All services are designed to provide business capabilities in the most efficient and effective way while increasing business margin. The role will report into a US based Global Manager and key to the role is exhibiting strong project management skills along with building a trusted-advisor relationship with the internal WD colleagues and clients.

Implementation/Organizational Activities:
- Strong ability to drive requirements gathering, planning, coordination, and execution of implementing third-party applications
- Working with key stakeholders, business, vendors and key technical leaders to help align functional solutions and executing a plan
- Manage multiple end-to-end project lifecycles and take ownership of delivering across all project stages
- Be able to strategize with project sponsors, challenge outcomes and propose deliverables to ensure fit for purpose and scalable solutions
- Provide regular detailed reporting on project status, calling out critical milestones, risks with impact and mitigations, bottlenecks and blockers with path to green
- Contribute to the development of project management methodology
- Proactively manage assigned projects/programs to ensure milestones are achieved within plan including proactively managing execution progress, managing communications, reporting status, managing resources, managing change, removing roadblocks and resolving conflicts
- Manage and monitor project budget, resources, deliverables, quality, forecasting, milestones, and scope
- Provides regular and ad hoc status reports on schedule, budget, scope, and deliverables using a standardized approach
- Tracking and reporting of key milestones and business metrics; Creating data visualizations and dashboard summaries for executive-level management.
- Upon project completion, manage successful handoff to Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams, internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Identify lessons learned from projects and contribute to ongoing improvement of supported projects
- Strong ability to learn end-to-end knowledge of PDS’ suite of tools along with the respective application’s business purpose
- Ability to understand system configuration of technology set-ups for our Clients
- Oversee framework for operational deployment of various components of the product
- Define and oversee in the testing and quality assurance of new features and components
- Ability to gather feedback from end users about useability and system performance
- Conduct demo and technical training as needed
- Ability to document functional and technical requirements from business requirements
- Troubleshoot application functionalities with client teams
- Self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously
- 2 years of Manager experience
- Learn, understand and maintain knowledge about PDS technology product offerings
- Maintain understanding of JLL wider solutions and platforms
- Keep informed of technology trends and developments
- Demonstrate client satisfaction deployment and improvement
- Understanding of real estate project management process
- IT friendly, strong ability to understand project management system administration and configuration tasks
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to demo and present to an audience on-line and in-person
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Able to synthetize important information and present solutions
- Knowledge of software development and deployment lifecycle is a plus
- Collaboration across regional and dispersed/virtual teams
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Independent – self-starter, reliable
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Salary : $83,300 - $132,800
