Assistant Specialist, Strategic Sourcing - What this job involves :
Provide support for Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.
Responsible for delivering supplier and operational improvements; leading and executing strategic initiatives.
- Provide support, instruction, and follow-up to operations teams RFP / bid, contracting, and operational processes.
- Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.
- Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services.
- Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal / risk management.
- Assist Sourcing Leader with work priorities, complete deliverables timely and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help and / or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction, customer satisfaction.
- Provide analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead, identifying risks and actions as appropriate compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems.
